This role of Scrum Master acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of digital software development teams using Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master brings in appreciation of digital technologies to drive specialized technology-aware execution for projects.
- Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
- Facilitate scrum activities including sprint planning, conducting daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables using appropriate metrices ensuring cost, timelines, quality and business value objectives are met
- Work with project stakeholders to arrive at a consistent, single vision of the project, and drive project activities around these common objectives and key results
- Manage the programs financials Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements Frequently created and published status reports and dashboard
- Provide leadership to team to achieve project goals and groom them for their growth and growing contribution towards project

**Skills Required**:

- Expertise in agile processes : Minimum of 3 years experience as a scrum master or project manager handling teams using agile methodology.
- Knowledge of Estimation, planning and reviews.
- Knowledge of digital project activities beyond functional requirements ( like SEO, privacy compliance and go-live activities) is required.
- Technical background (as a senior developer, technical lead or architect) in digital technologies.
- Experience in working with consulting teams and client business stakeholders apart from technical teams
- Self motivated - ability to drive team and complete assignments in ambiguous situations
- Hands-on approach.
- Strong comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to take decisions
- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
