**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as a business development manager in IT Software firm.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent English communication and written skills
- Ability to build rapport - Time management and planning skills
- Comfortable for 12pm to 9 pm shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should be an individual contributor
- Does regular follow ups
- Generate and close leads for self and for the team.
- Take client calls and close business deals individually.

**Experience**: 0 -4 year
Monday to Friday
**Schedule**: 12 pm to 9 pm
