
Associate - Marketing (Generalist / Growth)

Being at the cusp of transformation and at the outset of ascent, we are expanding our team. This includes our marketing function. We are looking for a marketing generalist or a growth marketing person to join us in our journey of expansion and scaling-up.
You will work directly with the Marketing Head and the Chief Business Officer to lead various marketing and growth initiatives. This includes collaborating across multiple teams internally and externally to get the work done and reach our tasks.
Our marketing team is focused on both brand and demand initiatives, hence, your work will be diverse. The journey is going to be experimental and fun. We are always open to trying out new ways of working and marketing, with a clear focus on goals.
**Responsibilities**
In your day-to-day, you will focus on the following activities:
- Generate demand and drive brand awareness leveraging a 360° marketing mix approach that includes intelligence gathering, customized and personalized communication, focused branding, and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Support marketing journeys from initial awareness to closure with a mix of research, channels, and media.
- Drive awareness and customer relationships by building intelligence-driven narratives
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Ensure that content reaches the right part of the marketing and sales funnel at the right time.
- Build programs that support sales enablement collaborating with sales and marketing.
The above set of responsibilities is an overview of the role in its current stage. However, these might vary as the marketing strategy of the organization evolves.
**Who you are**
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-4 years of experience across demand generation marketing, especially in a B2B IT Services or SaaS business.
- Education in the field of Intelligence, Marketing, Communications, English, or IT from a premier institute - while this is preferred, its non-existence is not a deal breaker.
**Skillset and prior experience required**
- Understanding of buying and evaluation process in B2B organizations for IT services.
- Understanding of marketing nuances like inbound, account based marketing, deal based intelligence, and customization.
- Demonstrated experience in creating campaigns post intelligence gathering.
- Good understanding of marketing automation systems, lead scoring, and attribution.
- Experience running detailed campaign reporting involving multiple touch points and channels
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data suite
- Problem solver with a growth hacking mentality
- Strong organization, verbal, and written communication skills essential
- Team player: organizing and managing with multiple stakeholders within the business
- Essential: An experimental mindset
