**Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern**

**Location**: Hyderabad - Hitech city **Job Type**: Internship (3 months)

**Experience Required**: Minimum three months of relevant portfolio knowledge

**Internship Duration**: 3 months **Timings**: 10 AM - 7 PM **Days**: Monday - Saturday

**Compensation**: ₹5,000 in hand during the internship; upon successful completion, an increase to ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimise Facebook ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions, including A/B testing and audience targeting.
- Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, particularly for Facebook Ads, to optimise strategies and report on results.
- Support the management of our social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and community management.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials for various campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum three months of relevant portfolio knowledge in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and a basic understanding of PPC, SEO, and social media strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
