**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across **Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)** and **Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)** platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum performance (CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversions).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and business goals.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Communicate campaign insights and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders or clients.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, especially in **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads**.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using **Google Analytics, Ads Manager**, and other performance tracking tools.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
