**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and interpret detailed fabrication drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Supervise and instruct workshop personnel during fabrication processes.
- Direct and guide teams at job sites to ensure correct installation and assembly.
- Ensure all fabrication and on-site work is done as per drawing specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate between the design office and the field team for smooth execution.
- Conduct field visits for measurements, fit checks, and installation planning.
- Report daily progress and resolve technical issues on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command over AutoCAD; ability to work independently with fabrication drawings.
- Technical knowledge of components like chutes, suction eyes, impellers, and industrial fans.

- Must have a **motorbike** for commuting to different sites or live **close to the job location**.
- Prior fabrication or mechanical supervision experience preferred.
