Key Responsibilities:

- Targeted Outreach: Identify and approach general practitioners (BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, MBBS, BDS) and faculty doctors (orthopedic, dermatologist, spine specialist, neurologist, neurosurgeon) in the Mumbai area.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads within the medical community by presenting the benefits of our services and solutions.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Institutions: Develop and nurture relationships with nursing homes, medium-scale hospitals, and collaborate on healthcare initiatives.
- Association Collaboration: Partner with general practitioner associations to promote our services and establish a network within the medical community.
- Corporate Engagement: Engage with medical officers of corporate organizations to explore healthcare solutions for their employees.
- Empanelment: Facilitate the empanelment of our services with nursing homes and medium-scale hospitals to expand our healthcare network.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our services, products, and solutions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Collaboration with Reporting Doctor: Collaborate with the reporting doctor to ensure seamless transfer of leads and information.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare ecosystem is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: ₹22,724.93 - ₹50,523.35 per month
