CTC Offered: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.

Generate leads through various offline and online marketing channels.

Recruit, train, and manage a marketing team; set and monitor individual targets.

Drive business growth through corporate memberships, sponsorships, advertisements, and other revenue streams.

Conduct relationship-building and networking activities.

Create and maintain an organized CRM database for marketing.

Willingness to travel for outstation marketing activities and events.

**Required Skills**:
Strong written and verbal communication

Excellent persuasion and convincing abilities

Leadership and team-building qualities

Ability to multitask and take initiative

Proven record of business generation and target achievement

Experience in service and concept selling

Strong coordination and planning skills
