Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Create and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives, including job postings, social media advertising, and employee referrals.

4. Coordinate interviews and assessments: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, conduct behavioral-based interviews, and administer assessments as required.

7. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure seamless recruitment processes.

8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all recruitment practices comply with relevant legislation.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field: A degree in a relevant field, with a focus on human resources, recruitment, or talent management.

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in a BPO or related industry.

4. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools: Familiarity with recruitment software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve recruitment processes.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
