- Resolve day-to-day academic queries of learners and ensure a minimum TAT & 95% CSAT.
- Develop a cohort wise mentorship plan and implement it to achieve 80% qualified students from each assigned cohort.
- Help learners achieve weekly and monthly outcome milestones like assignment submissions, VIVAs etc.
- Review weekly learner engagement data and make action plans to ensure 80% cohort qualification rate.
- Incorporate developmental suggestions and feedback received from program managers, category managers and other stakeholders.
**Desirable Skills & Qualification**:
- Engineering background with hands-on experience in digital marketing/software development/analytics or data science would be a plus
- Should have a strong portfolio of projects to showcase.
- Some experience in customer support or mentoring would be desirable.
- Should have strong English & Hindi proficiency.
- Should be able to empathize with the learners and understand their problems/pain points.
- Should have a flair for speaking, negotiation, customer handling & managing tough situations with ease.
- Prior experience in a similar role would be a plus.
