Data & IT Security Coordinator

**You Responsibilities**:
- Work alongside colleagues from the global Information & IT Security, Legal and Sales Teams.
- Support and advise employees and management of our operational business units and affiliates in matters relating to data privacy
- Optimize documentation and processes for data privacy and IT security compliance
- Administer required data privacy and it security documentation
- Draft, revise and manage contract templates, terms and conditions and forms
- Coordinate with external legal counsel(s), Data Privacy Officer and IT Security Officer
- Complete questionnaires and surveys in the fields of IT security, data privacy, and business continuity management
- Support operational business units in contract negotiations relating to data privacy

**Your Experience and skills**:
- Experience required 7-15years
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Information Technology, etc. or equivalent experience
- Very good understanding of IT security and data privacy regulations and standards in Europe and globally, with a focus on enterprise and cloud environments.
- Good knowledge of IT security and business process management standards; experience with audits.
- Certifications in standards such as ISO27001, ISO27017, and ISO22301 are an asset
- Excellent Office 365 skills
- High integrity to safeguard compliance standards and company values
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, taking into consideration diverse audiences
- Self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a global team; able to manage multiple, complex issues, think on your feet and prioritize projects
- Attention to detail, pragmatic approach, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
