If you join this team, you will:

- Provide on call support for drivers and users - handle escalations related to order placement
- Ensure calls are handled as per SOP within the designated talk time
- Should be comfortable in dealing with drivers and always display a professional attitude on a call.

We would love to see you on-board if:

- Should have problem-solving and convincing skills.
- Should have worked on projects where they were required to convince/ resolve issues amicably. Preferably settlement of bills, Telecom, escalations handling.
- Prior exp of working with Genesys and Salesforce would be an added advantage.
- Excellent in Hindi & English.

**Salary**: ₹11,930.45 - ₹31,988.14 per month
