**Responsibilities and Duties**
Academic Counselor is a very integral part of Alchemist Team. His/hers primary responsibilities would be as follows (but not limited to...)
1. Interact with students and family members and explain about the benefits of Alchemist CAT/CUET entrance preparatory program.
2. Convince and Enroll students for the program.
3. Coordinate with different stakeholders and facilitate query resolution for Students and his family.
5. Systematically maintain student data at every stage and follow through process.
6. Work hand in hand with different stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of student acquisition process.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**

1. Graduate or above having more than 2 years of work experience of counseling student in any coaching institute..
2. Extremely comfortable with English and Hindi language. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
3. Extremely confident with interactions with students & parents
4. Good at recording and maintaining student data and follow ups on CRM
5. A go getter with willingness to learn new processes and collaborate with multifunction to execute strategies from acquiring to enrolling students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
