**ACADEMIC COUNSELOR**: We are looking for an academic counsellor position that is specialized, consider including the specialization in the job title as well. The counselling specialty concerned with providing advice and assistance to students in the development of their educational plans, choice of appropriate courses, and choice of college.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Providing guidance and advice to students and their families on studying abroad, including selecting the right program, institution, and country based on the student's educational background, career goals, and budget.

2. Evaluating and assessing the students' academic qualifications to determine their eligibility for admission to the desired institutions.

5. Conducting research on the latest trends and updates in the field of international education, and updating the students and their families on the same.

6. Networking with partner institutions, agents, and other stakeholders in the field of international education to expand the business and increase the recruitment of students.

7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the students, their progress, and their feedback to improve the quality of the services offered.

8. Participating in relevant events, seminars, and conferences to promote the services and gain insights into the latest developments in the field.

9. Keeping up-to-date with regulatory changes and compliance requirements for international student recruitment and retention.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent command of verbal and written English as well as the local language.
- Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in counselling or advising.
- Should be result oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
- Freshers can also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
