Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. This role focuses on assisting prospective students, providing guidance, and supporting them through their admission journey. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in counselling, communication, and student engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Guide students and parents through the admission process.
- Answer queries regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.
- Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist in outreach activities and student engagement campaigns.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve counselling services.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen, understand, and provide appropriate guidance.
- Motivated and willing to learn.
- Prior experience in counselling or educational services is a plus.
