**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and bookings efficiently.
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with information about resort services and packages.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote offers and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, check-outs, and customer interactions.
- Handle payments, billing, and cash transactions at the front desk.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or telecaller, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
