1. Educational Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation preferred for specialized roles (e.g., customer service for banking or IT sectors).
2. Skills and Competencies
Communication Skills
- Proficiency in the local language and/or English.
- Clear and confident speaking tone.
- Active listening skills to understand customer concerns.
Persuasion Skills
- Ability to influence potential customers and generate interest in products or services.
- Strong negotiation skills for sales roles.
Technical Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle telephonic systems, data entry, and records.
Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Quick decision-making in real-time situations.
Sales Skills (if applicable)
- Familiarity with up-selling or cross-selling techniques.
- Ability to meet sales targets or lead generation goals.
3. Experience
- Entry-Level Roles: Freshers with good communication skills are often accepted.
- Experienced Roles: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is advantageous.
4. Personality Traits
- Patience and resilience, especially when dealing with difficult customers.
- High energy levels and a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge Requirements
- Understanding of the product/service the company offers.
- Familiarity with the company’s policies and scripts.

- Flexibility for rotational shifts (if required).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
