**Mission**:

- Monitoring and updating of the Personnel list: recruitment, FC, assignment, function,etc.
- Develop and monitor the P-BDAs
- Submit leave, movements, overtime and advances for signature
- Overtime Tracking
- Absenteeism monitoring
- Coordination between production and HRM to solve problems related to production (odd clocking, late leave, schedule....)
- Order and monitor the stock of documents related to production (CFE Notebook, Repair Book, Repair Order, Procurement Book, etc.)
- Order with electronic BDA the materials necessary for production and ensure proper acceptance.
- Organization of meeting room hours
- Prepare Production KPIs
- Organisation of the travel of members of the society to other locations (Dienstreiseantrag, transport and accommodation)
- Updating of the organizational chart.
- Process action plans and follow up on the closing of actions.
- Budget tracking
- View memos.
- Prepare evaluation sheets for Department Managers, Section Heads and Team Leaders (Efficiency, Repair, Customer Complaint, Absenteeism, 5S, Product Audit, MMV, etc.) and rank up team leaders following these sheets.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor degree in management or any related field.
- Fluent communication in English is mandatory.
- Fluency in German is an advantage.
- Perfect handling of MS office tools.
