Title: Production Assistant (Composites)

**Job Description**:
**ST Advanced Composites Private Limited** are seeking a dedicated **Production Assistant** with a keen interest in working with resin and fiber materials within the composites industry. This position is open to both freshers and individuals with up to three years of experience in composites.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in the production process of composite materials including but not limited to resin mixing, fiber laying, and curing procedures.
- Collaborate with senior production staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards and product quality.
- Operate machinery and equipment relevant to composite production under supervision.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specified standards and specifications.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for handling materials and executing production tasks.
- Support team members in various tasks related to production and project requirements.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills in composite manufacturing techniques.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, production protocols, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during production processes.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in composites manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with resin and fiber materials and their handling is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with team members.
- Physical dexterity and ability to lift moderate weights as required in the production process.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the composites industry.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
