**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive Female Only

**Location**: Janta Colony, Raja Park, Jaipur

Our passion for jewelry making goes hand in hand with our dedication to providing the most personal, efficient, and high-quality service. We are known for our exceptional gemstone bead products, and we are now looking to expand our customer service team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle client inquiries and provide updates on order status.
- Assist clients with any questions, concerns, or issues they may have.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintain accurate client information and update records in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely responses and client satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in **English** (written and spoken).
- Computer literacy, especially in **Excel/Google Sheets**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle client requests in a professional and timely manner.

Pay: ₹11,805.77 - ₹22,000.00 per month
