**Parinaama Development Foundation **has been serving communities in Jharkhand, Odisha, Bihar and Bengal for the last 12 years. Our work focuses on empowering underprivileged groups and fostering sustainable development through health, education and livelihoods projects. After successfully completing several impactful projects, we are now looking to reimagine our programs and deepen our engagement in Jharkhand.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Development and Strategy**
- Identify and assess community needs to design innovative and impactful projects.
- Develop proposals and project strategies in line with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, and local communities, to ensure project alignment.

**2. Program Implementation**
- Oversee the execution of ongoing and new projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure effectiveness and sustainability.
- Build capacity within communities and among project staff to foster self-reliance.

**3. Resource Mobilization**
- Assist in fundraising by preparing project proposals, budgets, and reports for potential donors.
- Build partnerships with organizations and agencies to secure resources and technical support.

**4. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with field teams to ensure the alignment of program activities with strategic objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team on program progress, challenges, and successes.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, budgets, and outcomes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in program development, community engagement, or project management, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- A demonstrated commitment to social impact and community empowerment.

This role is contract-based. You will be located at our office in Namkum, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
