**Principal duties and responsibilities**:

- Customer Support executive will address the concerns if any raised by the customer and assist them to resolve it over phone.
- Explain the features of the products and services to customers.
- Converting the Purchases to EMI's
- Pitching the products and services of Bank to potential customer over a call and generate business for the Bank.
- Excellent Communication in **English and Hindi**:

- Remuneration
- **21K-25K CTC per Month**:

- Graduation mandatory

**Work Specifics**:
6 Days working/ 1 Rotational Week Off.

8 Hours Shift
- 24/7 Shift
- 9 Hours overall shift time including Break.
