As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression and delivering excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide general information to clients and visitors about our services and properties
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the front desk
- Uphold company policies and procedures with professionalism and integrity
