**Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care & Clinical Support**:
- Assist doctors in fertility treatments, procedures, and patient care.
- Provide nursing care to IVF patients, including administering injections, IV infusions, and monitoring vitals.
- Educate patients on medication schedules, post-procedure care, and treatment protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of medicines and medical supplies.
**2. IVF Treatment Assistance**:
- Assist in procedures like ovum pick-up (OPU), embryo transfer (ET), and IUI.
- Monitor and record patient progress during the treatment cycle.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operation and procedure rooms.
**3. Coordination & Documentation**:
- Maintain patient records, treatment charts, and consent forms.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and lab technicians for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with medical and ethical guidelines.
**4. Medication & Equipment Management**:
- Administer prescribed medications and injections to patients.
- Maintain inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently and ensure patient safety.
**5. Patient Counseling & Emotional Support**:
- Guide patients throughout their fertility journey, addressing their concerns with empathy.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to couples undergoing treatment.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Educational Requirement**: Diploma/GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or IVF center preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of nursing care and medical procedures.
- Ability to handle patient queries with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with fertility treatments is a plus.
