The Nursing Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams, supervising nursing staff, and providing leadership in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Care**: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
- **Supervision**: Oversee nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
- **Quality Assurance**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions and support.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- **Licensure**: Current nursing license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- **Experience**: Previous clinical experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

- Healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, etc.)
- May require shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
