We aim to create a social impact and help in serving the financial needs of our customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visits to rural and semi-rural areas to demonstrate and present product-related details to potential customers.
- Generate leads through effective communication and follow-up.
- Interact continuously with prospective clients and regular customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Responsible for completion of all loan related documents. Will be responsible for ensuring targeted sales of cross selling products like Insurance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build a strong pipeline through accurate sales planning.
- Ensure to convert leads received from tale calling team into customer and complete all documentation like: loan file and KYC checklist.
- Engage with internal stake holders for smooth loan disbursal. Responsible for field verifications of customer.
- Responsible for recovery of default loans in their assigned zones.
- Maintain reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format on a daily basis by the help of sales tracking app and forms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
