Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office operations, manage administrative staff, support cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Staff Management:
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the administrative team.
  • Organize staff schedules, task assignments, and performance reviews.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain all licenses, certifications, and documentation relevant to administrative operations.
  • Budgeting & Procurement:
  • Assist in planning and managing administrative budgets.
  • Monitor and control costs for office supplies, services, and administrative expenses.
  • HR & Payroll Support:
  • Support HR with recruitment logistics, onboarding, leave management, and personnel records.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance departments to ensure timely processing.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Act as liaison between departments (Production, HR, Finance, Maintenance, etc.).
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and presentations as required.
  • IT & Systems Oversight:
  • Coordinate basic IT support and liaise with external IT providers.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of administrative systems and databases.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in administrative or operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and labor regulations in a manufacturing context.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹80,000.00 per month
