**Profile - Site Engineer**

Qualification - B.Tech / M.Tech - civil

Salary - Upto 4.8 Lac

**Experience - Min. 3+ yrs in same field (must exp. in residential, high rise building and flats)**

Location - Bangalore

**Own Vehicle Must**

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure smooth execution of work and timely completion of milestones.

Monitor construction workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Conduct inspections and tests as per project requirements and regulatory guidelines to maintain quality control.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks to promote awareness and compliance with safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and construction logs.

Report project status, issues, and concerns to the Project Manager or Construction Manager regularly.

Act as a liaison between the design team, project management team, and site workers to ensure clarity and understanding of project requirements.

Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to optimize workflow and minimize disruptions.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 per year
