**Profile - Site Engineer**

Qualification - B.Tech / M.Tech - civil

**Experience - Min. 5+ yrs in residential and commercial project (must exp. in handling multi-pal projects)**

**Salary - Upto 4.2 LPA + Accommodation + TA (above 15 km)**

Location - Bangalore

Plan and schedule construction activities for multiple sites to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and consultants.

Allocate resources, labor, and materials effectively across all projects.Oversee daily site activities to ensure work progresses as per the approved drawings and specifications.

Ensure adherence to construction schedules and quality standards.

Monitor subcontractors’ and workers' performance to maintain efficiency.Ensure materials and construction processes meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and legal compliance.Identify and resolve site-related challenges in real-time.

Ensure risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place for all projects.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management skill

Act as a bridge between clients, consultants, and contractors.

Conduct regular site meetings to update stakeholders on progress and challenges.

Ensure smooth coordination between different teams across multiple projects.
