>Perform, research, prepare expansion plan and identify new area for retail Franchisee
- Generation leads for Generic Aadhaar Retail Franchise, taking calls and coordination with leads who require Generic Aadhaar franchise and follow up with them from time to time.
- Responsible for sales growth, generate revenue and expansion of Generic Aadhaar business.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual target for company franchisee.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and suggest improvement
- Regular follow up, review feedback and suggestion of existing Retail franchisee.
- Ensuring timely collection of payment from Retail franchisee
- Reviewing and verifying the details of Single Franchisee of Pan India as per rules and regulation criteria before appointing them.
- Maintaining Goodwill of Generic Aadhaar, establish strategies that focus on promoting the brand.
- Ensuring timely execution of product to Single Franchisee through Master Franchisee only and make sure Master franchisee keep necessary stock of goods.
- Keeping meeting with Pan India regional heads through phone and Zoom call.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Basic computer: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Odia (preferred)
- Punjabi (preferred)
- Kashmiri (preferred)
- Bengali (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Registered Pharmacist license (preferred)
