Job : HVAC Sales Executive Coordinator

**Job Summary**
As an HVAC Sales Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales process, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the efficient coordination of activities between sales teams, clients, and internal departments. You will work closely with customers to provide expert advice on HVAC solutions, while supporting the overall sales goals of the company.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience in HVAC sales or related fields.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA Marketing Business, Sales development.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and products is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Results-driven with a strong attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**: Assist sales teams in the development and execution of sales strategies. Coordinate leads, proposals, and follow-up activities to ensure timely closing of deals.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and offering tailored HVAC solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay current on HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends to provide accurate and effective recommendations to clients.
- **Quote Management**: Prepare and present sales quotations, including pricing and product recommendations, in a timely and professional manner.
- **Sales Documentation**: Ensure proper documentation and tracking of sales activities, including lead generation, quotes, orders, and customer communications.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and customer service) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales performance, progress, and outcomes, and assist with forecasting sales pipelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
