**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cut and strip wires to specified lengths using hand tools or automated equipment.
- Crimp terminals onto wire ends using crimping tools or machines.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Organize and bundle wires into harnesses using cable ties, tape, lacing cords, and other binding materials.
- Route and secure wires into the required configuration.
- Conduct continuity and integrity tests on assembled wire harnesses to ensure functionality.
- Inspect assembled harnesses for defects and adherence to specifications.
- Document and report any defects or issues found during the inspection.
- Maintain accurate records of assembled harnesses, tests performed, and any issues encountered.
- Complete production logs and quality assurance forms as required.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Education: 10th / 12th / ITI/ Diploma
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (safety gear will be provided)
- Good communication and teamwork skills

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based at Sanad, Gujarat, India.
- Gross Salary will be Rs. 16225 per month for 10th, 12th and Rs. 17086 for ITI and Rs.17965 for Diploma holders.
- Medical (First Aid/Insurance and ESIC] will be provided by company.
- Attendance award will be Rs.1000/- per month.
- Canteen deduction will be Rs.400/- per month (Food 1 time, Tea or Snacks 1 time).
- Transport deduction will be Rs.300/- per month.
- Working hours will be 8 hours.

Pay: ₹16,225.00 - ₹17,965.00 per month
