**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy**: Plan monthly calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest for both brands.
- **Content Creation**: Ideate and execute shoots (conceptualization, styling inputs, direction, and coordination).
- **Editing & Publishing**: Shoot/edit reels, videos, and product content; ensure timely posting with brand tone.
- **Influencer Collaborations**: Identify, reach out, and manage collaborations with stylists, creators, and micro-influencers.
- **Engagement**: Handle DMs, comments, and community building with a personal, on-brand voice.
- **Blog/Website Content**: Write short blogs, product stories, and creative descriptions to strengthen SEO.
- **Campaigns & Promotions**: Work with marketing team to design festive campaigns, offers, and trending content.
- **Analytics**: Track performance of posts, ads, and collaborations; tweak strategy based on insights.
- **Trend Spotting**: Stay updated on fashion + social media trends to keep the content fresh and shareable.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Fashion, Communication, Media, or related field.
- Prior experience in **social media handling** (brand/influencer side).
- Strong skills in **shoot conceptualisation, photography, and editing tools** (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop).
- Passion for fashion, styling, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
- Creativity + data sense (balance aesthetics with analytics).
