The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for implementing marketing campaigns and strategies directly in the field to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads or sales. This role involves traveling to assigned locations, interacting with potential customers, and representing the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the company at events, promotional activities, and in-person interactions to promote products or services.
- Job Summary:

- Campaign Execution: Implement marketing campaigns by distributing promotional materials, setting up displays, and engaging with the target audience.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with customers by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and offering demonstrations.
- Lead Generation: Collect customer information and feedback to pass along to the sales or marketing teams.
- Market Research: Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends in the assigned territory.
- Event Support, Reporting, Collaboration
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with traveling and working flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficient in using CRM and marketing tools for tracking and reporting.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation Skills Required:

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,266.20 - ₹39,321.60 per month
