**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales
- Conduct market research and analyze data to determine the target audience and optimize campaigns
- Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Optimize the company website and landing pages for search engines (SEO) and conversions (CRO)
- Plan and execute pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Google and social media platforms
- Develop and maintain a content marketing plan, including blog posts, videos, and other forms of content to attract and engage the target audience
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure all digital marketing materials are on-brand and effective
- Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and recommend new tactics to improve results

**Requirements**:

- Experience with marketing automation software, such as Marketo or Pardot
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management and meeting deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
