**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Representative

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote the educational institution through seminars, educational camps, and other events in colleges and universities
- Build and maintain relationships with college communities, including professors, career services, and student organizations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase enrollment
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Participate in and manage the planning and execution of recruitment events and activities
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall organizational objectives

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Knowledge of the education industry and the college recruitment process is a plus
