**FUNCTIONS**:

- To Check DM/SMS data in i-CROP and generate data for DM / SMS preparation.
- To Check data availability in CTDMS to update customer data in i-CROP if required.
- Send SMS / DM to customer after adding mandatory information (Reg.No.,
Service, cost & Time, Appt. Contact No.)
- Call customer for MRS based on call plan generated in i-CROP or given data.and receive incoming call..
- Check & Correct customer database & Activity Category.
- Use standard script and MRS & Appointment written process, cover all mandatory items. Follow telephone etiquette during call
- Promote various products as per TKM and Dealership guidelines
- To prepare MRS KPI.
- To participate in various customer retention activity.

**INTERDEPARTMENTAL RELATIONS**
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Service & Parts departments.
- Coordinating with other departments for rectification of customer problems or for any other customer queries.
- Maintain co-operative relationships with fellow MRS Staff of locations and Service Advisors.

**Qualification**: Graduate

**Experience**: 2 Years to 7 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
