**Job Title**: Business Development Manager - Domestic

**Location**: Mohali
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce company offerings, qualify leads, and schedule meetings.
- **LinkedIn Prospecting**: Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn; engage with their content and initiate professional conversations to generate leads.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess potential leads based on their business needs, decision-making authority, and budget fit.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain and update CRM with accurate records of interactions, lead status, and next steps.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers to support business development strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging, strategy, and goals.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and conversions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections, follow up persistently, and build long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with market trends and domestic business landscape

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
