Salesforce Architect will support the existing platforms while transitioning (legacy elimination). Own the platform admin practices (DevOps, CI/CD, test, automation, upgrade and dev strategy) and drive the day to day support of the platform, ultimate guardian for quality and sustainability

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Architect, design, and implement Salesforce-based structures to support global digital products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and effectiveness.
- Optimize the performance and stability of Salesforce instances, manage content workflows, and improve authoring experiences, while reducing costs.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with other technology stack components such as analytics, marketing automation, and Customer Facing platform
- Participate in product and department communication and project management process
- Training, self-development, and ideation
- Platform Management: Ensure the high availability and optimal performance of Salesforce instances. Regularly evaluate system health and implement enhancements.
- Development: Design and maintain scalable Salesforce components, templates, and workflows that meet business needs and support dynamic digital interactions.
- Deployment: Create and maintain scalable SalesForce DevOps Pipelines, Release Plans and Backlog/Roadmap aligned with SalesForce's strategy
- Best Practices and Standards: Champion the adoption of digital standards and Salesforce best practices across the organization, particularly in CRM, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud, Field Services, and Commerce Cloud.
- Technical Leadership and Support: Provide expert guidance and training to team members and stakeholders, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Salesforce functionalities

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or in lieu of degree 6 years of IT experience
- ** 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce in a development or admin role.**:

- ** Proven experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce environments for large-scale digital platforms.**:

- ** Familiarity with Salesforce integration with other digital technologies such as analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.**:

- Experience with CI/CD practices and deployment strategies in Salesforce contexts.
- Knowledge of web content management and content governance within Salesforce.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture flows, Service Cloud, CRM, Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce setup, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development and publishing mechanisms.
