**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Develop loyalty programs or initiatives to retain and expand the customer base.
- **Sales and Revenue Management**:
- Oversee sales operations and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
- Monitor the performance of sales teams and provide guidance to enhance productivity.
- Optimize pricing strategies and offer packages to attract diverse customer segments.
- **Brand Management and Promotion**:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities for railway services.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through strategic partnerships and public relations.
- Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed market analysis reports to guide decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with other departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to align marketing initiatives.
