System & Network Administration:

- Manage and maintain company hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure network security, troubleshoot network issues, and configure routers, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, networks).

Technical Support:

- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to and resolve IT-related problems or inquiries promptly.

Software & Hardware Installation:

- Ensure that all systems and software are up to date and functioning properly.

Data Backup & Recovery:

- Manage data backup processes to ensure company data is regularly and securely backed up.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.

Security Management:

- Ensure the security of the organization's IT systems, including implementing antivirus software and firewall configurations.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain documentation of all IT procedures, policies, and network configurations.
- Provide regular reports on system performance, security issues, and IT-related incidents.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software, ensuring the proper acquisition of necessary technology.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to manage contracts and support services.

Project Management & System Implementation:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of IT-related projects (e.g., software upgrades, new technology implementations).
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide suitable technical solutions.

Regular Maintenance & Monitoring:

- Perform routine maintenance of IT systems, including software patches, upgrades, and hardware replacements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
