In this role, you will play a pivotal part in defining and executing the exit strategy from Salesforce while ensuring uninterrupted business operations. You will collaborate closely with technical leadership, business analysts, and client stakeholders to assess the current Salesforce environment, map business workflows, and design transition architectures that align with long-term digital modernization goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the lead architect overseeing the migration of a complex Salesforce implementation to Dynamics 365 and Power Pages
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the existing Salesforce platform, including customizations, workflows, integrations, and data structures
- Develop transition strategies and technical roadmaps to support decommissioning of Salesforce with mínimal disruption
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into scalable solution designs
- Define and enforce architectural standards, security protocols, and data governance best practices
- Provide guidance on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities to help shape the target-state architecture
- Support project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications throughout all phases of the engagement

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience architecting enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Proven track record leading Salesforce migration or decommissioning projects
- Deep understanding of CRM and portal ecosystems in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping and re-engineering
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce Architect certifications strongly preferred
