**Location**: Padur, Chennai
**Position**: NGO Project Coordinator
**Experience Required**: 0-1 years in project management, community engagement, or similar roles
**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field
**Joining Requirement**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**

**Student Selection and Program Coordination**:

- Identify and evaluate students eligible for sponsorship based on organizational criteria.
- Conduct home visits and assessments to understand beneficiaries’ backgrounds.
- Ensure continuous engagement with sponsored students and their families throughout the program.

**Fund and Resource Management**:

- Manage and allocate funds efficiently to meet program objectives.
- Maintain detailed financial records and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, donors, and partner organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, providing updates on the program and beneficiaries.

**Travel and Outreach**:

- Travel to different locations to meet with students, schools, sponsors, and community leaders.
- Conduct outreach programs to promote the sponsorship initiative.

**Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Regularly monitor the progress of sponsored students and ensure their well-being.
- Prepare and present program reports, including impact analysis, for internal and external stakeholders.

**Program Ownership and Development**:

- Take ownership of the program’s success, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Organize events, workshops, or campaigns related to the program’s goals.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields is a must.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years in project coordination, community engagement, or NGO-related roles.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- **Financial Acumen**: Experience in fund management and reporting.
- **Travel Readiness**: Willing and able to travel frequently for program-related activities.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with diverse groups, including beneficiaries and sponsors.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address challenges proactively.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
