
Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
2. Greet Clients: Welcome clients, offer refreshments, and ensure a positive first impression.
3. Schedule Appointments: Coordinate meetings with designers, architects, and other stakeholders.
4. Maintain Records: Update client databases, meeting schedules, and other relevant records.
5. Provide Administrative Support: Assist designers and other teams with administrative tasks.
6. Handle Queries: Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and direct them to relevant personnel.
7. Maintain Office Environment: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
**Requirements**:
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
2. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
3. Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected situations and find solutions.
**Skills**:1. Customer Service: Experience in handling clients and providing excellent service.
2. Administrative Experience: Familiarity with office software, databases, and record-keeping.
3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹8,694.55 - ₹17,630.29 per month
