**Job description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance department. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for handling various accounting functions, including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, GST compliance, statutory compliance, and bank reconciliations. Your expertise in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel will be essential in performing your day-to-day tasks efficiently and accurately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payables, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation **OR** Oversee Accounts Receivables, including tracking customer payments, managing collections, and generating reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely filing of returns, reconciliation of tax liabilities, and handling GST audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and other financial documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions and identify any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, sales, and operations, to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Utilize Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiently to perform accounting tasks, data analysis, and generate reports.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with GST compliance and statutory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prioritization and multitasking skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
