**Job Responsibilities: (Training will be Provided )**
- **Fabrication Process**: Execute fabrication processes according to established procedures and protocols.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate machinery and equipment involved in the fabrication of photo diodes, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety guidelines.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks at various stages of fabrication to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- **Material Handling**: Handle and maintain materials used in the fabrication process, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in semiconductor fabrication or similar manufacturing environments is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates from diploma or ITI programs are encouraged to apply.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of fabrication processes, machinery operation, and quality control procedures. Familiarity with cleanroom protocols is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in tasks such as measurements, material handling, and documentation.
- **Teamwork**: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures as needed in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- **Physical Fitness**: Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in a cleanroom environment while wearing appropriate protective gear.
