**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and fit aluminium profiles for curtain walls, doors, windows, and structural glazing systems.
- Install glass panels into frames with precision, ensuring proper sealing and alignment.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and technical specifications.
- Operate cutting, drilling, punching, and other fabrication machinery.
- Handle and install silicone sealants, EPDM gaskets, and glazing tapes.
- Ensure product quality and finish meet company standards before dispatch.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production team members for work progress.
- Perform routine maintenance of tools and report equipment issues.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and use PPE appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Aluminium Fitter or Glazing Technician in a façade or aluminium fabrication company.
- Strong technical skills in fabrication and glazing.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and material specifications.
- Familiarity with structural glazing, unitized panels, and aluminium façade systems.
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks and lifting of materials.
- Team player with a responsible attitude and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a workshop environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Trades (Not mandatory, but an advantage).
- Experience working in façade production lines or aluminium workshops.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
