**Job Title**: Machine Operator - Aluminium Glazing Fabrication
**Location**: Jigani, Bengaluru, India

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain CNC Double Head Cutting Machines, Single Head Cutting Machines, Copy Routers, and other aluminium glazing fabrication equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings and design specifications to achieve precise cuts and high-quality fabrication.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs to keep machines running smoothly and efficiently.
- Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications before final assembly.
- Optimize machine settings to maximize productivity and minimize material waste.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and coordinate with the maintenance team for any major repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following health and safety standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years as a Machine Operator in aluminium glazing or similar fabrication.
- Proficiency in using CNC Double Head Cutting Machines, Single Head Cutting Machines, and Copy Routers.
- Strong technical understanding of machinery operation, with attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety guidelines related to machinery operation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with additional fabrication machinery is a plus.
- Familiarity with CNC programming basics is advantageous.
