**Job Title**: Talent Associate - Influencer Marketing

**Job Summary**:
As a Talent Associate in our influencer marketing agency, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, ensuring their alignment with our clients' brands, and facilitating successful influencer marketing campaigns. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our agency and our clients' brands.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Talent Identification and Recruitment:

- Research and identify potential influencers in various niches and platforms.
- Reach out to influencers, negotiate partnerships, and secure contracts.
- Conduct due diligence to ensure influencer authenticity and brand alignment.

2. Influencer Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers.
- Act as the main point of contact for influencers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content for clients.

3. Campaign Management:

- Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and provide regular reports to clients.

4. Content Strategy and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with influencers to create content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure that content reflects the client's brand and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the approval process for content creation and delivery.

5. Performance Analysis:

- Analyze and report on the success of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Use data and insights to make informed recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Continuously refine strategies for improving influencer ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools.

**Additional Requirements**
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to changes in social media platforms.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
