**We're on the hunt for a Customer Relationship Executive**

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure our **customers’ experience** with Rangaai is consistently **delightful, smooth, and exceptional.**

While the order fulfilment team is focusing the flow of the order you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the order lifecycle. You will be involved in engaging with customers through various channels, efficiently processing orders, addressing inquiries and concerns making sure make sure their **experience is top-notch**.

You’ll also build a positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.

- Empathy for days—you genuinely enjoy helping people

- Previous experience in any client-facing role
- Experience in managing tricky moments with ease and tact

**Compensation for the role**
- Your compensation will be based on what you bring to the table
- We’re aiming to hire someone within our budget of INR 20k to 30k per month. If your expectations are outside this range, this might not be the best fit right now.
- Also, this is a full-time position—if you're looking for part-time or freelance work, this might not be the right role for you.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
